ASTRINGENT HEALING POWDER FOR THE TREATMENT OF LESIONS OF HOOVES, SKIN AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES

COMPOSITION
Mixture of zinc salts, plant extracts, essential oils, salicylic acid and silica in a pharmaceutical talc basis.

ZINC SALTS (oxide and chloride): astringent (tissue overlying forming a protective layer and reducing inflammation and secretions). Additionally have antibacterial properties.

PLANT EXTRACTS AND ESSENTIAL OILS: the main active ingredients are thymol and carvacrol (organic compounds from the group of terpenes), potent antiseptics with activity against bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, parasites and mites.

SALICYLIC ACID: anti-inflammatory, analgesic and exfoliating properties.

SILICA: stimulates keratinocytes and collagen expression in fibroblasts (healing process).

TALC: acts as a dryer and serves as excipient.

USE
Wash the injuried areas with hydrogen peroxide and apply a proper amount of C-MAX

When used as an aid to the newborn umbilical cord healing, first dive the umbilical cord in a disinfectant solution (eg: iodine-based) and then sprinkle the entire surfice of the cord with C-MAX
